01. Provide design drafts or real samples
If customers need to customize plush toys, they first need to provide pictures or design drafts of the customized plush toys (real samples can be provided directly). The design drawings are in these formats such as: AI, PDF, PSD, CorelDRAW and other files. If there is no design artwork, high-definition pictures are provided, or customers provide design ideas, we arrange designers to design products.
At the same time, indicate the size, material requirements, fillers, quantity of goods, etc. For our reference, the plush doll pictures or design drafts should be able to provide detailed drawings in various directions of front, back, left, and right.
Then, once the design draft and renderings are available, the toy manufacturer will first communicate with you about the specific details of the craftsmanship and related fabric issues.
According to the information you provide, the quotation division will initially calculate the price of the product (in the absence of samples, all prices are estimated).
03. Start proofing
After consulting and confirming with you, start to apply for proofing. The proofing fee is determined according to the complexity of the customized plush doll. After these problems are confirmed, we will send the task to the proofing room, and then the proofing room will arrange the orders according to the specific order cycle. Generally, the off-season is about 3-5 days; the peak season is generally 8-10 days. After the initial sample is completed, the initial sample will be confirmed with you. If the initial sample is okay, the embroidery and other processes will be processed. If the initial sample needs to be adjusted, it will be adjusted according to the revised opinions.
04. Sign the contract, produce and ship
The samples will be delivered to you by express (sample modification, specific modification details), and both parties will determine the final sample and sign a mass production contract. Regular products receive a 30% advance payment of the entire purchase price, and special products receive a 50% advance payment. Next, we will enter the procurement and production schedule of surface accessories. The specific production cycle needs to be determined according to the degree of difficulty and quantity of the product. After the advance payment arrives, the contract takes effect, and we start purchasing raw materials to arrange production of bulk goods (the delivery period is generally 15-25 days). Jiaotong, after passing the inspection, the remaining balance will be settled and the shipment will be arranged.
So in summary, under normal circumstances, it takes about 20-45 days from proofing to product placement. Therefore, customers must arrange the ordering time according to the actual situation of their products to avoid delay in use.
